As I'm writing this, DriveThruRPG is sending out the PDF codes for all eligible backers. If you don't get your code in the next 24 hours, please make sure that it isn't stuck in your  spam folder. Additionally, you can also check your DriveThru in-shop messages if you have an account there.

Have fun with the PDF! :-)

Printing will start this week, so that the books should be sent out around the end of November. Sorry for the small delay, this was mainly caused by reaching the adventure as a stretch goal, which had to be translated first.

The other stretch goals are also already translated and currently in proof-reading. They should also be sent out sometime in November.

If you have any address changes between the time you filled out the survey and end of November, please let me know via email to: uli[ät]uhrwerk-verlag.de

For all backers at the Canal Merchant level: You are eligible for four PDF codes through your pledge, but I didn't send them out yet since I didn't know who should get them. If you already have customers in mind, just forward me the mail addresses and I will send out the codes.

Already published material will be sent out soon
about 6 years ago – Fri, Sep 21, 2018 at 10:30:17 PM

Hi everybody. Backerkit is locked down by now (except for the people who still have to complete their survey). This means I have all your addresses and therefore I have now finalized the shipment list for the previously published material.

All appropriate items for people who fall in the following categories will be sent out:
- Backers at the "Empreror of Tossia" level.
- Backers at the "Seldon, legendary Emperor of Mars" level.
- Backers who ordered extra shipment to get their stuff early.

Everybody who does NOT fall in any of these categories will receive any addons together with the Mars sourcebook at a later date.

The Mars sourcebook is through proof-reading and the editors have to address some questions that arose during this stage. The adventure is translated and is currently being proof-read. The other articles are in translation. The book should be ready to head into layout phase in a couple of weeks. :-)

One week until Backerkit will lock down!
over 6 years ago – Fri, Sep 07, 2018 at 03:10:12 PM

In about one week we will close down all backerkit surveys, so please be aware that any changes have to be made before. Also to all people who haven't filled out their survey yet (more than 50): Please do so soon! We will not be able to send out any rewards if we don't have your addresses. :-)

As soon as everything is locked down, I'll have the previously printed material sent out to all people in the two highest pledge levels (and to those who ordered extra shipment to get this stuff early). I'll let you know as soon as this actually happens so you know when to be on the lookout for the parcel service.

Survey sent out!
over 6 years ago – Mon, Aug 27, 2018 at 05:54:00 PM

All surveys for Backerkit should reach you in the next couple of hours. If you don't have a mail by tomorrow, check your spam - and if that doesn't help either, send me an email to: uli[ät]uhrwerk-verlag.de

Also if you have any questions, feel free to ask (either here in the comments or via mail).

You can order additional add-ons in Backerkit, for which you can pay via credit card (follow the instructions in the survey).

Please be aware that if you haven't ordered any physical items through your pledge level (e.g. you only chose a digital pledge level) and want any items, that you have to also add an extra shipment appropriate to the location you are living in. You can find those options on the same page as the add-ons.

Also if you order add-ons and your pledge level does NOT include an early shipment (which is only true for "Emperor of Tossia" and "Seldon" levels), your add-ons will ship when the Mars sourcebook is ready. If you want the already released stuff early, you will have to add another shipment (see above).

There are a couple of add-ons that are only available in a limited quantity. This is the case because we only have a couple of them left in our warehouse. These items are not even included in the "Empreror of Tossia" and "Seldon" levels (simply because they are sold out and are not normally available printed titles due to the mostly single digit numbers we have left). Those items are offered at a first come first serve rate. This is true for the last couple of GM screens, for a couple of limited edition rulebooks and for some Savage Worlds version of regular adventures (all of those are leftovers from the last Kickstarter project). The items will be sent separetely from everything else from Germany (the postage for this is included in the add-on price, no extra shipment needed  - I hope they are not all ordered by Australians or people from Greenland or Vanuatu ;-)).

Addendum: After it turns out I can already access all emails without you having finished the surveys, I just sent out the PDF codes for the older Ubiquity material for all eligible pledge levels (those that include all PDFs that have been released through our last Kickstarter, namely "Hill Martian Warrior", "Canal Guard", "Emperor of Tossia" and "Seldon"). If you are included in one of this levels and don't get an automated mail from DriveThruRPG by tomorrow, just contact me via email (see above). But please make sure to check your spam first! And please be aware that the codes were sent to the mail address that I got through backerkit, which should be the one you are registered with at Kickstarter). On a side note: I also threw in all available Savage Worlds PDF versions of the adventures - don't know if you need them, but if you do: have fun! :-)

Finished!
over 6 years ago – Tue, Aug 07, 2018 at 11:53:12 PM

Late last night (German time) the project ended and all of you contributed over 29,000 € to our cause - that's an incredible amount and we are quite flashed! Thanks, ladies and gentlemen, for making this Ether journey so enjoyable. :-)

We reached all but one stretchgoal so that all backers at the appropriate levels will receive several PDF articles. And more importantly, the sourcebook itself will not only contain a map and printed endpapers, but also an introductory scenario. I never dared to hope that the project could reach such heights. Thanks for making our day!

We will use Backerkit as a pledge manager for this project, so in about two weeks (this is the suggested waiting period from Backerkit) we will send out surveys. In those surveys you will be able to select your addons for which you pledged during the course of the campaign and also choose additional ones. I'll post a new update with some more information on what to do when it is time for this.

Until then, feel free to post any questions you might have. :-)
